The Boring BUT important bits

Reservations....The
booking form must be completed in full and sent with a non refundable
deposit of £50 per week. Balance is payable no later than six weeks
before commencement of hire. The caravans are very sought after
so we may re-allocate if this condition is not met.

Bookings....
will only be accepted by family groups, bookings will not be accepted
from single sex parties. Written confirmation will be sent to you
as soon as your booking is accepted. You will also be notified of
the latest payment date. After payment has been received a confirmation
letter will be sent to allow Bashley reception to release your keys.

Application
for temporary membership. For Club membership, Please phone for prices, Payment is to Hoburne Bashley direct. We send you the Club application form with an addressed envelope enclosed with your deposit receipt.. Only those persons entered on the
membership form will be allowed to use the accommodation or club
facilities, unless we are previously notified before the commencement
of the booking date or dates. Up to 6 persons in the 3 bedroom caravans
and 4 persons in the 2 bedroom caravans.

Cancellation....Please
call us by telephone and confirm in writing.
|
The deposit and any monies paid (Less
the non refundable deposit) will be refunded if you cancel in writing up to six weeks before
commencement of the holiday
If you cancel within six weeks the whole balance is due. If
the caravan is re-let we will refund the whole amount (less the non refundable
deposit)
Holiday insurance would cover you for these eventualities

Smoking inside the caravans and Sorry NO Pets allowed.

Check in....Please
report to Bashley Park reception on arrival to obtain keys. Check
in time is 3pm and checkout time 10am.

Accommodation.....Please leave the caravan in the same condition you found it
i.e. "Clean and Tidy" You will be responsible for any damage or
loss sustained during your
stay.

Bashley Park Rules....The speed
limit on the park is a maximum of 15mph as children run around freely.
|
Parking is NOT allowed on the
grass.
Children under 12 must be
accompanied by a responsible adult in the swimming pool. If you take a baby into
the pool please ensure you use swim nappies which are available from reception.
